Abstract

Abstrakt.

Maqsad . O'ta asosli muhitda monoetanolaminni asetilen bilan vinillash orqali vinil efirlarning sintezi o'rganildi. Monoetanolaminning vinil efiri chiqishiga harorat, katalizator, reaksiya vaqti va boshqa omillarning ta’siri o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, kvant-kimyoviy hisob-kitoblarda monoetanolaminning faol reaksiya markazlari, atom zaryadlarining taqsimlanishi nazariy jihatdan hisoblab chiqilgan.

Usullari. Adabiyot tahliliga asoslanib, monoetanolamin KOH katalizatori, DMSO erituvchi muhiti, atsetilen bosimi 4 atm, harorat 80-95°C 5-7 soat davomida asetilenga ta'sir qildi. Monoetanolamin molekulasining fazoviy tuzilishi va atom zaryadlarining taqsimlanishi Chem 3D Ultra 10.0 dasturi yordamida o‘rganildi.

Natijalar . Monoetanolaminning vinil esterining hosil bo'lishiga reaktsiya harorati va vaqti sezilarli darajada ta'sir qiladi. O-vinil efir unumi haroratning 80 ° C dan 90 ° C gacha ko'tarilishi va reaktsiya vaqtining 3 dan 6 soatgacha oshishi bilan ortdi. Harorat 95 ° C ga ko'tarilganda va vinilizatsiya jarayoni 7 soatgacha uzaytirilsa, mahsulot rentabelligi pasayadi. Bu holat gazsimon asetilenning erituvchida eruvchanligining pasayishi va turli vinil efirlarning oligomerizatsiya jarayonlari bilan izohlanadi.

Xulosa. Monoetanolamin va asetilen 90 ° C haroratda va 4 atm bosimda 6 soat davomida maksimal miqdori 54,6% bo'lgan o-vinil efirni berishi aniqlandi.
