Abstract

This article considers the issues of experimental research of the oscilloscope and strain gauge (strain-resistor measuring system) correction of vibrations during the operation of the 5LP linter machine. The efficient process of linting from seeds in the cotton ginning industry directly affects the quality, energy consumption and reliability of the product. In the production process of linting from seeds, vibrations are generated as a result of the interaction of dynamic loads, uneven forces and structural materials. These vibrations can lead to a reduction in the service life of the device, an increase in mechanical failures and the control of technological processes. The experimental measurement of vibrations generated during this production process, their analysis and has a significant scientific and practical impact. The main purpose of this article is to regulate the vibrations during the operation of a seed separator using an oscilloscope and a strain gauge, digitize the received signals using an oscillograph, and analyze them graphically in the Origin program.
