Abstract

To involve the dust of the "Bekabad" metallurgical combine in the production of complex NPK fertilizers, studies were conducted on several factors such as the duration of processes, the ratio of solid and liquid substances S:L, and temperature in the extraction of zinc from the dust with molar ratios of ammonia and ammonium salts. In this study, an ammonia-ammonium chloride mixture was selected as the most suitable liquidant to achieve high zinc leaching efficiency.
