Abstract

This article examines the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness through the implementation of green technologies, with a specific focus on Public–Private Partnership (PPP) mechanisms. The study was conducted between 2020 and 2024, targeting industrial and processing enterprises in Uzbekistan. It analyzes key indicators, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, production costs, competitiveness, and environmental sustainability. Using regression modeling, observational methods, and semi-structured interviews, the research quantitatively and qualitatively assesses the impact of green technologies and PPP on enterprise competitiveness. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was utilized to identify internal and external factors, thereby supporting the formulation of strategic decisions. The findings reveal that implementing green technologies within PPP frameworks significantly improves economic efficiency, product quality, and environmental sustainability.
