This paper is a theoretical study on the state of movement of a fiber bundle in a stretching pair in a new design of stretching tool for thread formation in a spinning machine depending on the twist of the thread. The problem of increasing the tensile strength of the thread due to the correct choice of linear speed and the amount of twist of the yarn was considered.
